1.make sure to uninstall ANY previous installs of iptv stalker/mods first from within kodi. 
2.make sure you have a file explorer installed that can enable "show hidden files and folders"...
  for example this can be enabled by tapping the button on the top left corner and scrolling to the 
  bottom of "ES file explorer/file manager" which is free on the playstore. 
3.just to make sure any previous iptv stalker was fully uninstalled you should also check in your 
  kodi install folder under Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/userdata/addon_data and also 
  in Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/addons look for any folders with the name "plugin.video.stalker"...
  if there is such a folder,make sure to delete them before installing this !

after following these steps, just follow solomans instructions.
